This Programme Specialises in the visual and interactive elements of Web Design
focusing on the psychology of a web browser and consumer.

The course concentrates on the use of WYSIWYG software, (What You See is What You Get)
These type of softwares include, "DreamWeaver", "Photoshop"
and at more advanced levels, "Flash."

The content of this course covers all the basics of webdesign and after completion should be able to design a functional and stylistically cohesive website.

This course will not teach the more technical aspects of Web design except for any one off advice that the student may require.

Software such as Dreamweaver and Photoshop comes with extremely informative help files that will teach students all they need to know about the technical aspects as well as useful websites/forums which tutor should advise upon.
However the course will only teach what is required to create the web site and market it.

    Entry Requirments
    A degree level qualification is the entry requirement for this course,
    however ATHE will consider students that are over the age of 24 and have at
    least four years management experience.

    Students also need to be fluent in English unless course is undertaken in a country where English is not the spoken or first language.
